HELLO FRIENDS, Here I am  to share about some interesting facts that we do in our daily life that's "THE BENEFITS OF LISTENING TO MUSIC".

Hope that everyone have the habbit of listening to music at least for an hour in a day. Come on lets see some true facts of that music. you might have realized that when we turn on music before bed time it helps to relax and make us to feel good from out of tension.


It is scientifically proven that music makes you happier, your brain releases a happy hormone and reduce our stress. Stress causes 60% of all illnesses .We our self would have noticed that we enjoy while music is played. Not only that it makes you happy, it also boost your immune system to keep you much more healthier. So whenever you feel stress just turn on the music and chill your mind. listen to your favorite genre songs. 

Another wonderful fact that pregnant woman while listening to favorite songs makes you feel better.it has believed that an unborn baby hear the sounds of mother's heart beat  in the womb. By the third trimester, the baby hear the external sounds for example mothers voice and music, they start reacting to the sounds that they hear in the third trimester. This may develop your baby little smarter ,liking for music early on and develop listening skills.


Of course as a student, how can you improve  your vocabulary?


To improve your new English knowledge there are many ways to enhance your learning habit. One of the easiest way is to have the habit of listening to the English songs. Yes, at first its not easy to understand but we know the proverb 'practice makes the mans perfect' while practicing it will become your daily habit and you too may be addicted to English songs. Ok coming back to our topic as you listen to the English songs, where you will find a new words and it makes you to search and know the meaning for the new words. Through this you will improve your listening skills, also increases your English vocabulary and also pronunciation. At the same time don't forget to sing too.

So here I conclude that listening to music helps us with many benefits. It improves our brain physically, mentally and improve our health. Music may make you feel joyful, sad, angry, relaxed ,helping from depression and improving IQ/memory which comes under mental benefits. Some physical benefits such as easing pain, improving your heart, enhancing blood vessel function . However, music is an powerful art of  giving positive emotions. Music is really amazing.
