 Why we need to sleep? why do we sleep in particular direction?

Okay, Come on let us know the fact and importance of sleep.

Good sleeping habit is very important which allows our mind and body relax and refresh, ready for another day .we spend about 1/3 of our life to sleep. As a human we need to sleep 7 to 8 hours on a regular schedule each night.
Let me tell you about an athlete performance , one basketball players longer sleep improved his speed, accuracy and mental well-being. So good sleeping quality is must for humans good health. where good sleeping duration gives good physical performance.
Poor sleeping duration gives poor mental and physical performance as well as health issues such as heart disease, diabetes and stroke because of less than 7-8 hours of sleeping habit.
To keep our self healthy not only we should eat healthy foods ,we should have good quality of sleeping habit at night not at the day time.
Many of us takes less sleep at night but good sleep at day time , here our habit of sleeping is totally changed. Including me sometimes I used to take less sleep at night and good sleep in daytime. 
Coming back to important fact,8 hours of sleep improves our immune function and protect us from the common cold.
Try to sleep without pillow where the blood circulation flows eventually to our body, our brain gets good flow of blood circulation and it keep us every active through out the day. I myself during my public exams used to sleep without pillow next day morning it feels very active, free from stress and I observed that it helps to memorize fast. you also try it and do comment.
Your food ,drink choices and many other things play a role in your sleeping habit. Here, I tell you some tips to good sleep.
  • Take a shower 1hour before going to bed, the water reduce your body temperature and make you to feel sleepy.
  • stretch your body to relax your muscles and free from tension.
  • As I said music is amazing in my first post ,listen to soft music which makes you to relax.
  • If you feel don't want to listen to music then try reading some books which makes you to sleep quickly. Every students may have this type of experience.
I think this may be useful tips to make you to sleep better.
Okay why should we sleep in particular direction. our grand mothers and fathers used to advice us to sleep in this direction , is the wright way of sleeping and so on. what is the reason beyond that?why should we sleep like that its just the direction its our choice of sleeping. They also say some myths, if you have sleep in this side your sleep will get disturbed with bad dream.

The true fact is the earth and human body have magnetic fields of own. If your sleeping with your head pointing towards north side,the magnetic field of our body interferes with the earth. This fluctuate your blood pressure, head ache and health issues such as hearth problems. Especially the person with heart problem should not sleep in this direction.

so sleeping in the east and south direction is correct way to sleep.Pointing our head towards south direction reverses the negative energy,maintain blood circulation and protect us from heart problems.

like wise sleeping position on the left side helps to reduce heartburn and make you to sleep better. 
our old mom and dad said is proven to have good sleep to protect us from negative energy.
Another one important thing that i have to share that 30 minutes before going to bed kindly please throw off your mobile phones.the light which you see will take time to put you to sleep, it also damage your eye retina.so before going to bed avoid using mobile phones.
